Executive coaching is a professional development experience where a leader pairs with an executive coach and the coach’s job is to learn about the leader’s strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for development.
At Catapult, first, we listen. Then we ask questions. Tough questions. Provocative questions. With our CTI Certified Co-Active Coaching technique, we challenge leaders to uncover the beliefs and behaviors that are getting in their way. It’s about defining goals, designing plans, and motivating them to achieve them.
DISCOVER TRUE POTENTIAL
Catapult’s coaching focuses on the whole person and evokes transformation. The coaching environment is a safe space for a leader to think out loud and strategize solutions for their real-world challenges. Executive coaching sessions are conducted in a one-on-one format and conversations are confidential, which allows leaders to share their thoughts freely with a sounding board they can trust.
Leaders will be able to confidently step forward, set purposeful goals and achieve unprecedented outcomes. Through discovery and assessments, an Executive Development Plan is created and discussed with the leader’s supervisor and the leader is accountable to meet development objectives throughout the engagement. The executive coach provides feedback to their client throughout the duration of their coaching engagement.
Our coaching engagements are 6 to 12 months and include the following components:
Through our discovery phase, leaders will define realistic expectations and commit to meeting them with the support of a Catapult coach.
The assessment phase includes in-depth interviews and psychometric measurements to determine a leader’s capabilities to achieve their goals.

We utilize psychometric assessments in our Executive Coaching and development programs for individuals and teams. Catapult team members are certified in the following assessments:
