Our customized Executive Coaching programs are for organizations who are committed to the growth and development of their leaders and teams to better create a lasting impact and meaningful results. Executive coaching is a professional development experience where a leader pairs with an executive coach and the coach’s job is to learn about the leader’s strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for development.

At Catapult, first, we listen. Then we ask questions. Tough questions. Provocative questions. With our CTI Certified Co-Active Coaching technique, we challenge leaders to uncover the beliefs and behaviors that are getting in their way. It’s about defining goals, designing plans, and motivating them to achieve them.

Catapult’s coaching focuses on the whole person and evokes transformation. The coaching environment is a safe space for a leader to think out loud and strategize solutions for their real-world challenges. Executive coaching sessions are conducted in a one-on-one format and conversations are confidential, which allows leaders to share their thoughts freely with a sounding board they can trust.

Leaders will be able to confidently step forward, set purposeful goals and achieve unprecedented outcomes. Through discovery and assessments, an Executive Development Plan is created and discussed with the leader’s supervisor and the leader is accountable to meet development objectives throughout the engagement. The executive coach provides feedback to their client throughout the duration of their coaching engagement.

THE PROCESS

Our coaching engagements are 6 to 12 months and include the following components:

Designing the alliance

Through our discovery phase, leaders will define realistic expectations and commit to meeting them with the support of a Catapult coach.

Preparing for success

The assessment phase includes in-depth interviews and psychometric measurements to determine a leader’s capabilities to achieve their goals.

Defining success

Put purpose behind the possibilities and understand that they are within reach

Creating clarity

Set clear goals and establish firm values to create a personal brand that captures a leader’s vision of themselves and future aspirations.

Synthesis

Trust in the process to achieve true transformation and fulfillment by finding the perfect balance between ambition and capability.

Development/action plans

Sustain a leader’s transformation through the creation of a customized development plan to identify near and long-term goals, the leader will hold themself accountable and create a path to achieve development success
