Amanda Gross

Director of Organizational Development

In her role as Director of Organizational Development, Amanda is focused on delivering impactful and effective solutions for our clients. Leveraging 15 years of development and leadership experience, she partners with the executive leadership team in defining, recommending, and co-creating strategic initiatives that empower organizations. Amanda is dedicated to building and maintaining meaningful relationships that ensure the unique needs of our valued partners are met.

Prior to joining Catapult, Amanda served in progressively advanced leadership roles within higher education, most recently as Chief of Staff to the President at Daemen University in Amherst. Throughout her career, she has prioritized building effective teams and leading the strategic planning process to ensure organizations make progress towards shared goals. Amanda takes pride in growing relationships and collaborating with colleagues to deliver success for the team. She earned her master’s degree in education and is a doctoral candidate with the University of Missouri in their Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis program. Her defense is scheduled for June of 2024.
