In her role as Compensation Consulting Practice Leader, Julia Culkin-Jacobia brings twenty-plus years as a Human Resources and Compensation Executive where she developed the Human Resources strategy for companies of all industries and sizes, including technology, life sciences, health care, municipalities, privately held/family owned, venture backed and publicly held corporations. At Catapult, clients rely on Julia’s in-depth knowledge of compensation including the development of compensation philosophy, designing of long and short-term incentive plans, market analysis, aligning organizational business strategies and culture, and aiding in the attraction and retention of key talent.
Julia is passionate about working with organizations to design compensation programs that attract, motivate and retain key talent while balancing the needs of the business, the culture and employees. Her ability to design compensation programs that ensure employees feel valued and rewarded appropriately while also delivering better business results has allowed Julia to make significant impacts throughout her career in her various roles.
Julia has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Buffalo and obtained her executive education certification from Harvard Business School.
