Prior to her time with Catapult, she worked in Human Resources, specializing in payroll, benefits administration, and data collection. With a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University at Buffalo, an extensive background in support services and a contemporary approach to Human Resources, she thrives in situations that compel her to challenge her adaptability.
Sophie is deeply committed to social and environmental advocacy, with a focus on Microeconomics and Socioeconomics during her academic career. Her unwavering dedication to authenticity is reflected in her ability to deliver observations with equal parts veracity and warmth, fostering integrity and meaningful connections among colleagues and clients alike.
