Dear Catapult friends and clients,

We write to you to inform you that after 12 years as co-founders and co-presidents of Catapult Executive Consulting, we are amicably parting ways, with Marsha becoming sole president of Catapult and Siobhan forming a new consultancy.

Catapult Executive Consulting remains a full-service executive consulting firm, delivering customized solutions that align organizational and talent strategy to drive meaningful, lasting results. Our work continues to include retained executive search, CEO and executive succession planning, compensation consulting, organizational and leadership development, and executive and C-suite coaching. Our experienced team, proven approach, and commitment to excellence remain unchanged.

We are deeply proud of what we built together – a firm with a best-in-class reputation, an outstanding team and deep client relationships. This transition is the natural evolution of our individual paths.  We are grateful for our partnership and will continue to collaborate in the future. The Catapult team is excited to continue building on the momentum of our brand and the impact of our work to achieve even more success in the years ahead for the clients and communities we serve.
