ICE is a privately-held innovative product company in the coin-operated manufacturing space that was founded in 1982.
With the recent change in ownership, there is an opportunity to look at the organization and create clarity around the present and future to build on its success foundation to create a “new normal”.
Siobhan Smith partnered with ICE’s Executive Team to conduct an Executive Roadmap Diagnosis to collectively gain clarity as a team and determine a strategy to move forward while respecting its strong culture.
The diagnosis revealed a need for investing in its people in a profound way. The company determined its need to hire its first VP of Human Resources and to invest in its Directors in a customized Leadership Development program. The new Executive Team, with its new VPHR, continue to work on their own Executive Team Development with Catapult with an eye on succession.
